General Student Email Info Page Students must use their student.hccs.edu email for administrative & course communication - all professor emails will be sent there, and you are responsible for that content. If your course has a Canvas portal assigned to it, then ALL of your class communication will be done within the course portal, by accessing your "Inbox" an "Announcement" links found therein. DE-specific Mandatory DE Orientation Students must access & complete their mandatory online Orientation for all DE classes. It is posted 10 days before the applicable course begins. If not complete by the time class start, professors may count it as non-attendance, which can lead to a drop from the course. Access it here.
