Tutoring and Help for HCC Geology students

Are you taking a Geology course at HCC? Need to find some help? You are in luck!

1) check your instructor's syllabus for your course to see when their office hours are. The syllabus should be posted on their LearningWeb page. Send them an e-mail or ask in person if you can meet up for some help outside of class.

2) Upswing! There is now a geology tutor working for the on-line tutoring site Upswing!. Simply log-in with your regular Eagle ID info and submit questions/assignments electronically.

3) Find-A-Tutor: this site compiles all of HCC's tutoring options. Search for Geology.

3a) Tutoring at Central College is focused at the Learning Emporium. The Learning Emporium is in the San Jacinto Building in room 384. Check the website or call the phone number (713 718 6451) for hours/days.
