Presentation of photographic techniques used by photojournalists in newspapers, magazines, and trade publications including news, feature, sports, editorial portraits, and photo essays. Includes a study of layout design and the freelance market.
What is Photojournalism?
Photojournalism is the intricate process of storytelling using photography as the vehicle. While a journalist will use pen and paper to tell a story, a photojournalist uses their camera to capture the essence of the characters, details and events that tell us the story.
