The HCC IT portal is your primary destination to:

  • Make a Request
  • Find IT Answers
  • Report Incident

All of your technology (IT) related issues or requests MUST go through the new portal.

NOTE: Even though you “Report an Incident” via this new portal, if you have an urgent Incident, call the IT Service Desk at 713-718-8800.  Non-urgent Incidents can also report by email [email protected].
