Texas imposes penalties on students who drop courses
excessively. For example, if you repeat the same
course more than twice, you have to pay a
penalty. Beginning in Fall 2007, the Texas

course due to non-payment should ask a registrar to
complete an Enrollment Authorization Form.<span
