Present the physiological basis for the UA test, the principle and procedure for the test, and the clinical significance of the test results; including quality control and normal values. Also includes basic UA laboratory technique, chemical laboratory safety, body fluid analysis, renal function, and clinical implications of measurements in fluid analysis.
