Greetings Class,

My name is Donna Jones and I am the instructor for the final module of your Property Management Course. I am an Administrator with 20+ years of experience in oil & gas, law enforcement and of course, education to the classroom.  I’ve been with HCC for 5 years and truly enjoy it.

Our class meets on Tuesdays & Thursday from 5:30 - 9:30pm.  We will be meeting five times and cover these topics: Leadership, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution, Communication and Job Readiness.  As we have a significant amount of material, I need your help.
