BMGT 1301 describes the role of the supervisor. Includes managerial functions as applied to leadership, counseling, motivation, and human relations skills. Requisites: BMGT 1301 requires college-level reading and writing skills. Research indicates that you are most likely to succeed if you have already taken and passed ENGL 1301. The minimum requirements for enrollment in BMGT 1301 include placement in college level reading. If you have enrolled in this course having satisfied these prerequisites, you have a higher chance of success than students who have not done so.
