Chapter 23 - Respiratory System

File Respiratory Outline These are considered “working” outlines. I have included initial questions that may coincide with the Checkpoint Questions located in the text. I have also indicated reference pages regarding comprehensive material. There is much that will be discussed and presented in lecture that is not included in the outlines. All material discussed in lecture is test-worthy whether or not it is included in this outline; therefore, I recommend that you attend class or source class notes from another student. Please take advantage of this opportunity to develop the necessary study skills and course practices to ensure amble exposure to the material. In other words ... HERE’S THE WATER. As you go through each chapter add information not included in the outline and answer the questions I have provided in bold. Be sure to take small breaks between each section. Please refrain from reading the chapter in its entirety. The material is too vast and complicated for this level of A&P. After completing the outline go back through the chapter and answer the "checkpoint" questions. I encourage discussion as well as utilization of the text and notes as needed. Recall the methodology vs. retention points presented in class. Please do these tasks with integrity and intent.
