Artistry of Hair Theory and Practice Fall 2021 (CSME 1451)

The focus of this course is to develop the competencies necessary understand the theories, principles and techniques of hair design. The student will learn to compose hair designs to accommodate a client’s features using the art of composing lines, shapes, directions and textures using the hair as their medium of execution. Special attention will be given to the theory of hair structure and related structures.
