Demonstrate the knowledge and skills to successfully pass the theory section of the T.D.L.R. examination for cosmetology operator. 2. Demonstrate competency of the technical skills necessary to successfully pass the practical examination portion for licensing as cosmetology operator. 3. Complete the required applications to the curriculum of practical skills per T.D.L.R. regulations.
