This excellent site gives you a feel for how arguments are made before the Supreme Court. If you have an interest in any case since 1955, use the search engine and type in case name (e.g., "Miranda v. Arizona", or even just "Miranda") to hear recording of the actual oral arguments. Each recording is accompanied by a full written text, and shows the justices who ruled in the case.
