HCC Email Accounts

All HCCS employees are assigned an email account.  Important HCC and departmental information will be conveyed via HCC email and you are responsible to check this email account regularly.  Your email address should be: firstname.last[email protected].  If you have difficulty accessing your email, please call IT information line at (713) 718-8800.  If you also have another email you use regularly, notify this office so that we can contact you in urgent situations.  Email is this department’s primary method of communication and the information we send is important. You are expected to read everything this office sends out along with information sent to you by the HCC system. 

NOTE: You should only communicate with students via HCC email and you should only use the students' HCC email addresses provided in the class roster. Express to students that it is their responsibility to check their official HCC email and to encourage them to use the official email when communicating within HCC.
