Roderick V James Ph.D., is a Professor of Mathematics at Houston Community College. Dr James has developed a set of tutorials for math courses and other applications at his Mathcast website. These tutorials are also available for the IPad, iPhone and iPodTouch. Roderick served Texaco Inc., as a senior project manager with extensive experience in the energy industry, domestic and international. Roderick is skilled in working with peoples of different cultures in getting projects complete in the Information Technology and Offshore Operations areas. Before his retirement from Texaco, after 25 years, Roderick served as: Manager of News and Data Feeds Consolidation, Research Consultant Texaco EPTD, Assistant to Management Texaco Angola, and Manager, Moscow Project for Texaco Europe Research Inc.; Manager Interactive Graphics Applications for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia. Roderick is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a former VP Professional Development for the PMI Houston Chapter. He earned his B.S. from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and both his M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
