Intermediate Spanish II (SPAN 2312)

You will have an opportunity not only to build on the basic vocabulary and grammar in Spanish but also to delve even deeper into important cultural traditions of the Spanish-speaking world. Through your participation in the activities and assignments I have prepared for you, you will develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills that will allow you to be able to participate in conversations about topics beyond the routine daily activities and to read and write longer passages in Spanish. Your enhanced linguistic skills will prepare you to take further coursework in Spanish in the future, which will open doors for you in the workplace, where bilingual personnel are in great demand.
