Art Appreciation Museum Paper Addendum

Important Reminders for Museum Papers (You are to cover everything on the assignment sheet as well as the things outlined below.) 1. Did you pick three different kinds of artworks? For example, a painting, a drawing and a print or a drawing, a photograph and a sculpture, etc.? 2. Did you use three different outside sources for #2 on the assignment sheet to support your content? You may NOT use Wikipedia and only one source can be from the museum’s information beside the artwork. 3. Did you take your rough draft to a tutor in the Learning Center (get it signed) or submit it to Upswing (online tutoring) and did you ask any questions you had including how to do your paper using MLA format and if you covered everything on the assignment sheet? 4. Did you cover everything you were asked to discuss for each artwork under #1, #2 and #3 on the assignment sheet? 5. Did you discuss texture (actual and visual), color, shape and line under #1? 6. Did you follow MLA format for your paper including a heading (no cover page) and your last name and page number in the upper right hand corner? 7. Did you follow MLA format for documenting your outside sources? This includes citing your sources in the body of your paper as well as on your Works Cited page at the end. 8. Is your paper at least 4 complete pages not counting the heading?
