Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship - Information Session on November 5th - International Students eligible

Learn about the Jack Kent Cooke Transfer Scholarship. Winners are awarded $55,000 per year for three years to complete their Bachelor's Degree. Please join us for the JKC Transfer Scholarship Information Session on Saturday, 11/5, 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm ET! This is a virtual event and registration is required. The JKC Foundation offers prestigious and lucrative scholarships for community college students that plan to transfer to complete their bachelor's degree. On 11/5, you will hear from Leonardo Ruales, a 2018 JKC Transfer Scholarship recipient and you will have an opportunity to ask questions. Registration is required by 11/4.

Each award is intended to cover a significant share of the student’s educational expenses – including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees – for the final two to three years necessary to achieve a bachelor’s degree. Awards vary by individual, based on the cost of tuition as well as other grants or scholarships they may receive.
This highly competitive scholarship includes:
  • Up to $55,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school
  • Ability to pursue any area of study
  • Personal advising about selecting a college and navigating financial aid
  • Multifaceted advising about how to transition to a four-year college and maximize the student experience
  • Opportunity to apply for the Internship Stipend program, Conference and Travel Stipend, and Graduate Scholarship
