Approved Events: conference, seminar, symposium, workshop

*NOTE: must have approved Trip Authorization form prior to trip. Request for Authorization of a Professional Trip

Procedures:

  1. Access related documents on myhcc.edu; complete the documents.
  2. Confirm with Faculty Academy via email the amount of funds available for use; only submit request to:
  3. Receive all approvals from campus supervisor.
  4. Submit completed documents to Faculty Academy either through interoffice mail using Mail Code 1124, or drop them off at 3100 Main to the Institute for Instructional Engagement & Development – third floor.
  5. Receive all approvals from district administrators.
